Finding our North Star : creating and maintaining meaning in an ever more complex workplace
I was very happy to speak about success strategy to create and maintain meaning in the workplace at the IEBA (International Employee Benefits Association) annual conference, yesterday in Brussels.
The key words: #potential, #nonjudgement, being really #humancentered. And also being kind and generous to oneself on this long journey that will allow us to build a world that is more respectful of human beings, Earth, and life in general: it starts with us, within us, and materializes into our words, actions, decisions and, logically, impact.

I had a great time enjoying many testimonies on awesome changes for the better, and thank you John Whitaker for daring to say « I had to change that because it was not right », and taking action upon this. 👏👏👏
